Since June 2, Bedard has only had two (of seven) quality starts. Gotta think he could be headed to the DL soon with a tired arm.

You might be right and I wouldn't be surprised at all. Good call.

I'm very unhappy Fort didn't get a chance to pinch hit in the 9th. Very, very odd.

Don't quite understand that one either, IA.

This was another one that didn't need to be an L. Bleeping Bedard. He's no help at all right now.

its just one loss, but bedard has been awful for the past 2 months....we can survive with correia it appears but bedard is just horrible right now, he leads the game off with a walk and his control has been bad to go along with his pace too....I am happy with our front 4 but we need someone else instead of bedard, he was given a 3 run lead, come on..

I'm unhappy Belt caught Sutton's line drive. Was a double for sure.

Ugly game in a number of areas. The lineup was sort of LOL but you had to like our chances going into the 4th with a 3-0 lead against a wobbly Zito and with Bedard pitching somewhat lights out at that point. I'm going to chalk this one up to the old you can't win them all deal. Losses hurt alot more when you're on top don't they? Guess it's a good problem to have.
