So, basically we haven't scored a run in regulation in 3 games. Pretty pathetic.

Ok why is it when someone gets hit by a pitch, they automatically think its intentional? I don't think Watson was trying to intentionally hit anyone.

Cutch is up. See if they bean him.

1st and 3rd with nobody out. They are in a bad place offensively right now.

Well, we're still getting pretty darn good pitching from our pen. Wilson with an 8 pitch, 3 out inning. Pretty impressive.

I suppose Broxton and his 4 plus ERA is a great pitcher now too?

I vote that Clint gives the whole team the day off tomorrow and we just forfeit the game and hope our bats make the trip to Atlanta.

Right now 2 runs seems like 10.

Nice Gaby...strike out on 3 pitches and never took the bat off his shoulder for two of them.

good at bat Gaby....look at the first two pitches that are right down the middle....0-2 versus Aroldis Chapman seems like a great idea.

Wow, that says volumes about where Hurdle thinks Pedro is right now. We need two runs, this inning, and Pedro one of the more likely people to make a run in a specific instance, pinch hit for by our slumping RF who was given the day off, presumably because he needed the break.

And with Snider being pinch hit for as well, we better darn well see Mercer in for Barmes as well.....

Edit: Obviously took me too long to type all that....

Hey look at it like this, if we dont score for the next 11 games, we're still over .500 :)

The old adage in football, defense wins championships. The adage in baseball pitching wins championships. But the object of the game is to out score the opposition. When you can't score, you don't win.

I said this before, I will not be sold on this team until they start hitting. Today is only the first day of June.
