Spending a few days here in Coral Gables helping NO. 2 move into a house off campus. Yesterday, he talked me into jumping off the 5 meter tower and I said what the hell. I was slightly off vertical upon entry and despite being only on the 5 meter, when I hit the water, the right side of my body and head took a pretty good whack that really jarred me into a "what the hell am I doing" moment.

Bucfan's daughter was a tower specialist and I can only imagine the guts it takes to do it time after time after time. It definitely takes a toll on the body and mind.

Also had the pleasure of watching Brittney Viola, (yes, Frank's daughter, Miami grad) practice She will be representing the US in London and has a legit shot at a medal in the 10 meter platform.

I am officially retired from the platform....   8-) 8-) 8-)
