Who, Sisy, are you referring to?

If you claim it is me, then you are shown to be completely misstating the facts. Somebody - BBF? PF13? Cannot recall who - previously pointed out that I critcized Sanchez' dreadful penchant for swinging at the slider in the dirt, in the same thread where you accused me of ignoring Sanchez' hitting problems.

So, who is it that is one of Sanchez' biggest supporters while also being critical of Laroche??

Wow, you think that criticizing Sanchez for chasing bouncing breaking balls measures up to your criticism of LaRoche? ROFL.

Bucfan, you're fond of arguing that Sanchez shouldn't be held to the hitting standard that LaRoche should be held to because he plays a much tougher defensive position. Unfortunately, you usually do that in a thread where we're arguing about who should bat where in the lineup, which makes that idea irrelevant, but it is generally true. How do you address the fact that Sanchez is hitting worse when compared only to NL second basemen than LaRoche is when compared only to NL first basemen?

You can keep LaRoche Sisy. I'll stick with Sanchez. And I would disagree with Sanchez being considerably worse LaRoche.

Compared to all Second Basemen in MLB: Sanchez has 12 Doubles (tied for 7th highest in MLB-#1 has 21) 2 Homeruns (tied for 10th in MLB-#1 has 21) 60 Hits (tied for 9th highest in MLB-#1 has 80) and 25 RBI's (10th highest in MLB-#1 has 56)

Compared to all First Basemen in MLB: LaRoche has 12 Doubles (tied for 6th highest in MLB-#1 has 23) 6 Homeruns (tied for 9th in MLB-#1 has 17) 45 Hits (tied for 19th in MLB-#1 has 85) and 25 RBI's (tied for 17th in MLB-#1 has 56)

They both suck

Here is what you said:

"I'm not calling for Sanchez to be benched. Do you notice who the people are that argue the most vigorously in support of Sanchez? The very same people who are burying LaRoche. Don't you notice anything wrong with that picture?"

False statement - absolutely false. I of course knew it was false. You knew it was false. You say something that is simply wrong - demonstrably, totally wrong.

Man up and admit it. But of couse, you will not.

Holy crap . . . you fail to answer my question by raising a false claim about what I said in other threads?

Back to the point - when have I ever, in any fashion, "argued vigorously" in support of Sanchez' hitting this year? Absolute, total, complete bunk. So, man up and admit that you simply made up this point.

P.S. It is simply comedy gold to watch you - president of the "Oh, that's not what I said!!" society - completely make up things that I supposedly stated.

Is this thread still relevant to baseball or is it just a pure pissing contest now?

Very cute.

I don't understand the function of the gentleman in the rear (excuse the implication).

I know the front row is responding to bladder issues but the other guy??

(1) You did not dispute making the claim about me originally.

(2) If not me, then who?

Me thinks that the answer lies in the shadows . . . .

No Elmer, some of us understand the importance of sample size.

April, May and June isn't a big enough sample size for you?

That was great. I didn't see the problem he was having So, thanks No.9 for pointing it out for all of us.

Me thinks he has the four hour problem and should contact a doctor immediately. (lucky dog)
