Ian Snell vs. Johan Santana

Bucs line-up:

1. McLouth CF
2. Gomez SS
3. Sanchez 2B
4. Bay LF
5. Nady RF
6. LaRoche 1B
7. Bautista 3B
8. Paulino C
9. Snell P

Gomez gets the start at short, no Doumit.

I have no idea why Gomez is batting 2nd. Ugh.

Great throw by Paulino to get Reyes stealing. He had him by a mile.

Something tells me NH's decision not to trade Bay this offseason was a good one.

Way to go Bay! I was about to suggest we try small ball. It's nice to have some power in the lineup.

Good at bat by La Roche.. ten pitches thrown by Santana. Let's get into the soft underbelly of the Mets bullpen. Am now tuning in to 660 AM New York.

Wasn't Franklin Gutierrez one of the players mentioned for Bay? If so, I'm glad that NH seems to know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em!!

2-2. Snell and Santana are pitching a stalemate thus far.

Wow, I didnt even notice that Pirate Killer Endy Chavez is in the lineup tonight...

He usually goes 3 for 4 with atleast a double and a few RBI's

Clutch Freddy! 4-4 and we're headed to extras yet again, although it was a nice little break for a while.
