I have not seen him pitch and honestly have no clue who he is. I'm sure we'll see him out there tonight or tomorrow night at the latest. Whenever a pitcher gets called up they don't waste time getting him on the bump.

Good call. It should have been either him or Chavez. And if Chavez keeps it going at Indy, he'll probably be up here sometime soon.

I was hoping to see Chavez, but the Salas kid did a nice job cleaning up his mess last night.

I believe that's why Elmer referred to it as "his mess".

Right, but my point was that my enthusiasm for his cleanup job was tempered by the fact that he made the mess in the first place.

It's way too early to tell much about him, though.
