- Indianapolis lost 7-4 to Columbus. The biggest story here is Gerrit Cole's first AAA start of the year, and one bad inning made his line look a lot worse than he was overall. Through three innings he had retired 9 of 10 batters with walking none, but he ran into trouble in the fourth by giving up four hits (three of which were singles). Added a K to end the inning and he was done after four. Good relief work by Duke Welker Alex Presley had 3 of Indy's 7 hits (and was a triple shy of the cycle), and Mercer hit two doubles.

- Altoona beat Eerie 4-1 and got great performances all around. The top of their line-up was very productive, with Rojas, Cunningham, Curry and Lambo all with 2 hits, with Rojas homering. Casey Sadler threw a gem, allowing just a run through 5 IP, and Tim Alderson then pitched 3 no-hit innings while striking out 4.

- Bradenton lost to Fort Myers 4-1, with the only real highlight here being Gregory Polanco going 3-4. Nick Kingham had a decent outing, allowing 3 hits and 2 ER through 5 IP while striking out 4 and walking 1. He did give up a HR.

Yeah, #45 Quinton Miller came in, in relief, and had a so-so outing.
